Spiral rollers, made from stainless steel, are utilized to distribute wrinkles, particularly within the textile industry.
Spiral rollers find application in the rewinding of fabrics, nonwovens, and knitwear, as well as in various finishing processes. Due to their construction, spiral rollers can be used in wet environments and in the presence of high temperatures and steam.
The tubes and wound spiral wires, with various cross-sections, are precisely polished, and the welds are made using the TIG method. The shaft pins can be made of stainless steel or black steel with a galvanic coating.
Despite their different construction, spiral rollers operate on a principle similar to bowed rollers.
